Field Tech Support

Pinnacle provides expert field tech support for manufacturing, assembly and process
facilities throughout North America.   Pinnacle mechanical and structural engineers,
technical supervisors, and technical services coordinators work on site, and remotely
where needed, to assure the on-time success of equipment installations, prepare safety
audits and “health assessments” for mission-critical equipment, supervise commissioning
and start-up of complex systems, and provide expert troubleshooting.

Pinnacle field tech support specialists provide accurate information regarding structural
capacities, cycle time verifications and operational issues, and quickly identify, and remedy,
items or tasks that are out of conformance.    We are experts in managing task sequencing
for highest productivity and lowest possible field service costs, and in managing punch lists. 

Pinnacle field tech support personnel often participate in tech meetings and are well-versed,
from both an academic and “hands-on” perspective, with all facets of the projects we do. 
Our field tech support specialists work effectively and often with millwrights and other trade
personnel.  Providing field tech support professionals who are effective with both engineering
and
field work is a Pinnacle hallmark – and one of the things that distinguishes our field tech
support program from others.

Pinnacle assigns field tech support personnel on a short or long term basis, throughout
the US, Canada and Mexico.  We work per diem, per hour, T&M or flat fee with a defined
scope of work.  Our field tech support engineers can also assist in writing an effective scope
of work document for their part of the project, and for other outsource contributors as well. 

Pinnacle has provided field tech support for virtually every automotive plant in North America,
since 1997 – see list below.  We’ve also provided supervision services, technical assistance
and troubleshooting for more than 200 other facilities, as diverse as Toronto International
